Summer fun , summer fundraising

Want to keep fundraising afloat this summer ? Our top tips for quick and easy wins :

1

Get some sun : Whether it ’ s staging a sporty fundraiser full of friendly competition , or hosting a sizzling school barbecue , bring your community together in the Great British sunshine .

2

Think fast : Plan events that give big returns for little effort . We ’ re talking movie nights , quiz evenings and raffles . Charge for tickets , drinks and snacks and you ’ ve got a great little earner .

3

Events on events : Take advantage of a good turnout and run mini-fundraisers within your bigger events . Sell tickets to a lucky dip between quiz rounds or host a movie-themed raffle at your screening . Every penny counts !

4

Tailored fundraising : With a pre-loved uniform sale , your PTA can help take away some of the financial strain of uniform expenses , whilst raising funds ! Check out our guide to running a sale here : parentkind . org / uniform-sale , or check our supplier Old School Uniform for more ideas .
