I ' m looking for an example of a code of conduct. Rumours spread like wildfire at our school and the latest is something said between the Trustees in relation to the PTFA( but also involved members of the school community). What was discussed has been blown out of proportion and has become a he-said, she-said situation. I ' ve stepped back and I ' m refusing to engage with conversations, but I ' d love to know the best way to shut these things down.

I am on the PTFA and possibly moving to a secretarial role. Would my husband be able to take up a role as a Treasurer?
There is nothing to stop a husband and wife both being on the committee( unless your constitution prohibits it). However, you will need to take into consideration that there may be a conflict of interest during votes, and while you can both be signatories on the bank account, you shouldn’ t sign for anything together.
