Keeping you up to date with all things PTA
Fundraising initiatives with Parentkind
Parentkind has made the exciting decision to fundraise at a national level . We ’ ll be seeking funding from larger companies , foundations , philanthropists , government sources and beyond to further support our members with the work they carry out for their schools and communities . As a federated charity of almost 13,000 PTAs , we offer a unique opportunity for national donors to support education at scale . Our ambition is to raise millions of pounds annually to supplement PTA fundraising and support the growth of Parentkind ’ s programmes .
Director of Fundraising , Heather Ridley , says , “ This is an enormously exciting time for the charity and a fantastic opportunity to help Parentkind members deliver even more for the children they work tirelessly to support . We ’ ll be raising funds to distribute directly to members , enabling their hard work to have even more impact . And we ’ ll be looking at how our fundraising team can provide additional opportunities to make fundraising easier .”
