With the academic year drawing to a close , it ’ s a natural time to celebrate your PTA ’ s successes – and what better way to do that than with the National PTA Awards 2024 ! With 9 award categories for all types of PTAs , the National PTA Awards are a unique opportunity to celebrate your exciting activities , new ideas and the integral role you play in boosting community spirit , regardless of the amount you ’ ve fundraised . Turn to page 30 to find out how to apply and be in with a chance of winning up to £ 2,000 towards your PTA ’ s fundraising goals .

Speaking of fundraising , our bumper outdoors section on page 32 gives you everything you need to kickstart a project at your school , with information on how to fund it , as well as articles from the Royal Horticultural Society ( RHS ) on their Campaign for School Gardening and the Department for Education ( DfE ) on their National Education Nature Park ’ s scheme .

Finally , at Parentkind , we ’ re already looking ahead to how we can help more parents like you and those within your community so all children can thrive .
